Need help with compression test

Are all holes supposed to be equal, or is there any supposed to be lower, just heard that some of the new truck were like that, just making sure i'm not chasing a ghost? All mine are 400ish except # 7 is 250

A re-test is always a good idea, but our trucks should have a pretty uniform reading among all eight.

I might be a diesel noob, but ANY good motor should have fairly consistent readings between cylinders. I think Ford says there should be no more than 25% between the high cylinder and the low. If your re-test is the same, I would say you have an issue.
