95 ford powerstroke running rough throwing dtc p0603 p0236 p0235

started running rough, than this morn wouldnt start. ran some atf through oil and got it to start but still running rough. have a superchip tuner on it, turned it off and still no better.

First code hopefully was set because of the superchip. The other two deal with the MAP sensor. Find the MAP sensor (looking at the turbo from the bumper look to the left about a foot and up a little on the firewall. Check the hose all the way back to the passenger plenum and wiring to the MAP.

When you rotate the key to run does the WTS and Check engine light come on?

Yes they do come on. It is hard to start when cold
