p0221 p0122 p1211 ses and battery light flash

Its a 01/98 F350 battery light and ses light flash under hard acceleration and codes p1211 p0221 and p0122. and it falls on its face like it starves for fuel I can let off the pedal and get back in to it and the power is there. I originally posted this in 99-03 but when I checked this a.m. and its a 98. When i tried to download my tuner it wouldnt let me almost like it is already tuned. It works fine in my 97. any help would be greatly appreciated.
