RPM controller reading ERcc ??

RPM controller reading ERcc ?? only happens maybe one out of every 10 starts. at this same time the edge montioring system will be blank that plugs into me OBDII port. anyone tell me why? ECM bad? I also have a 4 postion chip could that be the cause. also when I used to do a buzz test my injectors shoulded good now I have a bunch showing bad and both banks out of ranch, truck does run rough at idle but has lots of power. Any help would be awesome before I buy a ECM or IDM
