97 F250 STEERING GEAR

Is there any way to adjust the steering box or do I just replace the unit?

I cant find the thread where I just explained.

On top of the steering box is a screw with a jam nut, either will be a large flat screwdriver head or allen wrench.

Loosen jam nut and hold with wrench, turn screw in a little at a time until you get it where you want. Retighten nut to check. Turn wheel lock to lock to check for binding.

Dont go too far or your steering will bind, if it binds back screw out some.
