White smoke on cold starts

Hey everybody so I've noticed lately that when I do a cold start it will blow a white cloud for approxanently 1 min and it also seems like it is constantly loping any ideas on what's the matter please help

It's cold. It's normal. The white smoke is unburnt fuel caused by a cold block.
