blow fuse 22 replaced now just turns over but fuse is good need some help please.

The blown fuse is probably from the fuel heater in the filter housing

im not sure what the fuel bowl heater plug looks like. i think its on the drivers side of the filter housing,

Fuel heater plug is on the drivers side of the fuel bowl, or you can disconnect it from inside the bowl.

But if your fuse 22 is good and you're getting a wait to start light that may not be your problem right now. Is your tach moving when you crank?

my problem started with wait to start not coming on, checked fuse 22 found it blown. changed it now still wont start but not blowing fuse.

I'd make sure fuse 22 isn't blown. No tach movement indicates your CPS is probably bad, provided your batteries are good

would bad cps make wait to start light not work? batterys are good.fuses are also good.what about glow plug solenoid?

Are you checking fuse with a test light or meter? They can be blown and not look blown. If you didn't disconnect fuel heater before replacing fuse, the I'd say there is a good chance it's blown again.
