please help guys no power??

hey guys ive been having some troubles with my 96 as soon as i start my truck it runs fine for about 5 seconds then it sounds like its transforming into a fighter jet.it sounds cool but it runs horrible if i try to drive it it just pours black smoke out and will not get over 2000 rpms ive been searching the fourms and it sounds like my ebpv i unpluged the sensor witch is towards the front of the motor its the one with the metal pipe under it i think and unpluged the one near the turbo inlet it made no change.i recentaly had the turbo off and the plunger rod on the turbo pedastel is not hooked up to anything i have a banks turbo housing and a banks brake any info would would help thanks.

also i live in florida its been in the 80's during the day and upper 60's at night.

You don't unplug the ebps on the end of the tube, leave it plugged in.
At the base of the turbo, on the pedestal. Unplug that one
Sure you didn't unplug the waste gate?

I made my Samsung SGH-I997 send this.

i unpluged the one with the bracket that screwed into the turbo housing under the inlet i think it was a 2 wire connector does that sound right?

i also noticed that the temp guage got a little higher than normal and my egt's were running higher also
