7.3 no power, shaking

94.5 7.3 powerstroke, 5 speed, 4x4 +200,000 miles
Ok this has been happening for a few weeks. every time I give it half throttle the truck shakes. really bad! the whole from end will. but full throttle no shake. I'm thinking its full related? bad injectors? fuel pump going bad? its driving me crazy as well. also truck doesnt seem to have the same power that it did..thoughts? ideas? thanks so much!

do you have a check engine light? could be a misfire.. too abd you don't have OBDII cause its pre 96
