CEL at startup, goes out after a few minutes

Having this weird issue at startup with the check engine light, maybe you guys can help me diagnose it. Truck is a 1995 F250 RCLB 2WD with 256K on it. I did glowplugs and Rosewood Stage 1 Injectors about 8K miles ago. Also has 3" downpipe, cat delete, muffler delete, 6637 Intake and a TS Chip w/ TW Tunes.

So I haven't driven the truck in about 3 weeks, plugged it in yesterday and let it sit for 2hrs then went to start it. Cycled the glowplugs twice for 45sec and then cranked it up. Started up no problem, but the CEL immediately popped on. Ran it on the high idle chip setting for a few minutes and then the check engine light went off. Drove it home with no issues, plenty of power, etc. the only issue is the idle if pretty choppy. Also the pedal is not sensitive like it used to be, I have to press it further down to get it to rev up if in park.

Might try and have someone read the code, but any ideas?

Thanks.
