Cold start difficulty

My 1997 7.3 has trouble with starting when the engine is cold. Should i be plugging in my block heater? This is a movie of my truck starting, cold.

How cold is cold? Seems to have started pretty good in the Vid. all the smoke is kinda normal when the cylinders are too cold to burn the diesel efficiently. If the smoke clears in less then a minute then I wouldn't worry. Check your glow plug system and start running winter diesel additives.
