Air pump pulley question

Should this pulley feel like it has a some tension in one spot but nothing on the other, like its oblonged in a spot, I'm assuming its to do with the pump, just concerned!

Take the belt loose and grab the pulley to see if the bearing is going out. It should ride pretty flat on the belt.

It does feel tight but when u spin it,its not like a regular idler, i'm assuming it has to do with the pump but i'm not a 100%, just wonder if it should spin like a regular idler. Or is it messed up but it doesn't have any play back and forth. Just wondering if it need to be replaced

Naw, it has a "lope-y" rotation. The insides are like a inline two cylinder piston pump. This is what builds the vacuum pressure.
