Odd Noise

2001 F350. When under a heavy load pulling a trailer I get a sound the is like a brake pad when it is squeaking i can ease off the pedal a little and it will go away. It only does it when the engine is hot and I am pulling a heavy load. I have also noticed that I am a little down on power not alot just alittle. Iam thinking about replacing the turbo but dont want to if i dont need to. Whats the general consensus

Try reposting in the 99-03 7.3L section. You have different parts than us even though we have the "same" motor. People might be shying away from you here as this section is for OBS trucks.
