End of my rope!!!!!

I have been piddling with this truck for a yr now. 96F350 DRW 5 spd 2wd
What it is doing.
When you take off from a stop in either 1st or 2nd gear the engine will about die then when it catches again will about throw your head thru the back window. After that runs perfect all thru 5th gear and will scream.

Things I have done.
a. Replaced IPR
b.Replaced IPR wiring
c.Tried another IDM
d.Replaced valve cover gaskets and under cover wiring.
e. Fuel and oil filter.
f. Disconnected fuel bowl heater.
g. Cleaned screen between fuel bowl and the thing with schrader valve on it.
h. Swapped out fuel pedal assembly.


Specs.

3000 lbs oil pressure at idle.
30lbs fuel pressure at idle.

Any suggestions before I set it on fire?

x2 CPS. Always check this first

I. Replaced CPS 3 times.

Problem solved the new IPR i put in was faulty replaced again. Truck runs great!!!!
