it sounds like i have a exhaust leak but i can not find any black soot off the many its a 1996 350 3.5 dp straight pipe but no cold air intake an a ts custom 6 pos tuner its a very irritating sound please any advice what to do

What you could probably do is get some paper or cardboard and run it along the exhaust and see if you get any blow and determine where it is at!

it sounds like its comeing from under my motor if she goes i have a 2006 dodge rame 3500 that was rolled with a good motor in it u will b seeing pics of a fumins swap but i hope i dnt need to do that yet meaning how this is a year old jasper drop in 7.3 it just does not sound like a knock .... wb a injector knock any details on how to check that it will pass a contribution test wile at running temp thanks for the help

Maybe you're hearing the #8 cylinder knock? Especially possible if they didn't put a long lead in there.
