Fuel Filter Change - Idling problems

So, I decided to change my fuel filter yesterday. Now I notice that when I start the truck it starts to idle high then low and keeps doing this until I press the gas. Once I start driving I have no problems but once the truck has been off for awhile it starts again. Anyone have any ideas?

1997 Ford F250 Powerstroke

Thanks.
John
