95 ps i messed it up bad!!!

i cant figure out what i havent done to fix my truck.I have replaced both computers,fuel pump,fpr rings,ipr rings,fuel bowl heater disconnected,new cps, ipr wiring good,new vc gaskets both sides and new plugs,new glow plugs,gpr, injectors tested good,hpop&lpop test good,have new batteries,good fuel pressure and have no codes.I cleaned out my fpr to fuel bowl screen replaced my banjo lines all rubber hoses.I have a cold air intake with a tapered 4 inch exhaust welded direct to my turbo which goes into a six inch straight pipe with an 8 inch tailpipe.My tuners been removed.unplugged and tried all sensors,all new fuel and oils everywhere.I have done all of this and my truck STILL isnt running!it starts now but dies right away.it ran fine for about twenty minutes then it died,restarted it and now it fires but then dies right away(instant,no sputter)and after a few times doing that it wont fire at all anymore!!!I dont consider myself a diesel pro but im very good and was a ford mechanic for 5 years,even the pros are stumped.I have been working on this for a year now and spent thousands.at my wits end.any suggestions would be immensely appreciated.

So ive replaced everything and tested everything now im thinking that my ipr has to be bad,changing the orings didnt do a thing for it.If that doesnt work then id have to guess my hpop...anyone have any input?im chasing ghosts here. i pulled my tuner and all i have left is new idm with mod,huge exhaust and cold air intake,thats it.nothing else to get in the way.icp is dry and no change unplugged.I have 4 cps and evryone is the same thing.ANYONE????...

This is my lost post,i redid it in another and ill update this one to just in case.It turned out to be not just my rings on my ipr but after that didnt change anything i pulled it out again and this time i pulled it apart and cleaned out the inside with the needle and put er all back together and it ran.SPECIAL thanks to BIG FUEL!
