Bent push rods ???

Ok my 96 has been taping for awile so I just pulled it apart found one rocker that seems to have excessive wear and all the push rods I have pulled so far seem to be bent a little so my question is is this normal , do I replace the rocker and push rods and go on


The motor is a 96 but it came from a junk jard so no idea on the milage thank s
