Oil cooler rebuild help!

I took my oil cooler out and disassembled it. Upon inspection I see spme corrosion! Am I still good to rebuild it and put it back in?

You can see the ends have corrosion after where the seals seat and corrosion in the filter part.

Clean off the scale from the OD that the Oring needs to slide over with some scotchbrite. Wouldn't worry to much about the ends near the tubes. Cleaned up properly it's still perfectly ok to reuse.
