Well... testing the IDM is no easy feat as you need to open it up.
Under the hood open the power distribution box and find relay 2 [IDM relay] & 3 [horn relay] (IDM relay is controlled by the PCM relay [relay 1]). Swap them and try and starting again. Still nothing, get access to the IDM (it's under the driver side wheel well). Access the connector and local the Dark Green wire with the Light Green stripe (connector position 14 on IDM). Back probe it and test for 12v with the key in run. Still nothing, relay (#2) to IDM or wiring between them faulty. Has 12v, on the IDM connector find the Orange or Pink wire/ Yellow stripe (position 24 & 23 on IDM connector) and back probe to test for voltage (stock IDM should be near 115v) with key on. Voltage present? IDM sending voltage to injectors. If not IDM not sending voltage to injectors.
