Help No start

hello all my nabor has a 95 powerstroke with very low miles on it. A few months ago he was driving it the truck cutout a few times going down the highway then just shut off and would not restart. I came over to check it out for him check fuel pressure hpop resivor all ok. I noticed the tach did not move when cranking it over so i got a napa cam sensor put it in and fired right up. A few weeks ago it started cutting out again so he went to ford and got a new sensor he put it in and drove it and ran great. came out the next morning and no start. So I came over to check it out. Has two logged codes p0340 and p0344 not sure when they were tripped. Checked all the basics all ok. Put another sensor in still noting. Checked the plug at the cam sensor all ok there 12v 5v ground. With the scaner on it i show 0 rpm when cranking. any ideas please

I realize this isn't very helpful but the codes only point to CPS issue. Pin A should not be more then 10.5 v. use this to trouble shoot:

Idm could be toast if no rpms

Something is going on if this is the third CPS in a year or so. Could be IDM but PCM controls CPS. I'm kinda thinking a short to ground on the signal wire.

Tellin you its the idm turns over but no fire?

Well... testing the IDM is no easy feat as you need to open it up.

Under the hood open the power distribution box and find relay 2 [IDM relay] & 3 [horn relay] (IDM relay is controlled by the PCM relay [relay 1]). Swap them and try and starting again. Still nothing, get access to the IDM (it's under the driver side wheel well). Access the connector and local the Dark Green wire with the Light Green stripe (connector position 14 on IDM). Back probe it and test for 12v with the key in run. Still nothing, relay (#2) to IDM or wiring between them faulty. Has 12v, on the IDM connector find the Orange or Pink wire/ Yellow stripe (position 24 & 23 on IDM connector) and back probe to test for voltage (stock IDM should be near 115v) with key on. Voltage present? IDM sending voltage to injectors. If not IDM not sending voltage to injectors.

Take idm out shake up and diwn and if liquid sound its toast

Checked over the wiring at the cam sensor i have a good ground on wire with 12 volts and one with 5 volts. At idm connector #14 have 12 volts. #23 only has 1.33 volts and #24 has nothing. we took an idm out of a 99 truck to try and still no change. How likley is it to have an issue with the gears with only 30,000 mi on the truck.
