please help

I have a 2002 7.3 VAN and it was running great then it just started running bad with no power and bad idle . I replaced the fuel filter that wasn't dirty , changed the oil to T-6 . I had the low presser fuel pump tested and it had 60lbs . It isn't giving any codes either ? What in the world can I check next ? Thank You for your most needed help !! Dave

Did you have it on a scanner at all?

Yes and there are no codes . A mechanic took off the fuel filter and said under that the pump was loaded with dirt . He cleaned it and it ran OK for a mile then back to no power . He couldn't see any codes . Sorry for the late come back as I had to leave town .

Check your idm and see if there is water in it
