7.3 trouble

hi i have a 99 f450 it had 150,000 miles i purchased the truck back in december.
the first trouble i had was it was hard to start so i put under valve cover harness new glow plugs and glow plug controller didnt help problem at all. as the weather got warmer the truck started ok but had to let it sit and run and warm up good or it will just barely pull its self. today when i was driving it the service engine light came on and truck didnt have any power for a few seconds and light went off truck okay its also weak when pulling a steep hill. I have auto enginuity program i am new to using it so this is where i am at in testing the buzz test they all buzz the same except number 7 it is a little weaker than the rest and i am getting cylinder contribution fault on number 8 it has 7 AB injectors and 1 AE in number 8 i am also getting a turbo boost trouble code
