Hard start somtimes a no start

Hi i am new to this forum. I have a 97 f-250 thats i chipped with an edge chip. staight piped exhaust other than that it was stock.
About two weeks after putting the chip in it cut out going down the road and then ran normal. Next time i went to start it , it was hard to start then when it did start it would die. Finally after doing this about 6 time it started and ran normal. Couple weeks later i was driving and felt it cut out some more headed home with a dinner stop. Come back out (warm engine) start and die run really ruogh for about a mile then normal on home. Get home pull codes with chip and get a po344 po470 po478.
Ok now what i have done
Changed the cps
changed the uvc harrness
and gasket
still nothing took to ford and scanned it , it was showing ipr open circut
New ipr off ebay
still nothing checked hpop pressure passenger side line had 200 psi. this line was dead headed to the gauge.
Now i put in new hpop t-500 get it back together still no start
used starting fluid got it to fire up still dies.
I have also unpluged the chip and had edge reprogram it twice
Also have swaped out icp and idm with another truck.
Am i maybe looking at bad injector orings? or somthing else?

I did put the chip on the 3 rd setting when i got it to run. After getting to run i tryed to run on stock setting but it would just start and die.
When i got brave and took it for a test drive it would give me a cel and i could clear it with the chip going down the road. It was giving me a icp circut to high or low.
