97 with blue smoke, please help!
Got a 97 with blue smoke in the morning, If i drive it 6 hours at 110km the next morning theres a no smoke. If i just drive it to work the next few days the smoke keeps getting worst every day. I've changed the injector orings, 2 injectors after the buzz test, new glow plugs, uvc harness.New oil change, Any ideas where to start would be great or what to test!

How cold is it over night? How long does the smoke come out the pipe? Does it idle alright after a couple minutes? When you replaced the injectors your sure they are for a '97?

10-15 deg celius, smokes for a min if I drive it. The injectors do now pass the buzz test and i gave international the number off my old injectors. I did a cylinder cut out test and #3 & 7 came up. Is there anything else it could be or maybe these holes are bad. or is there something that would cause these holes to fail the test?

50* is not terribly cold but it is brisk. I'll tell you that mine started doing this after bigger injectors when it was cool at night (or at elevation) and was told that it was normal. Try plugging you block heater into a timer set to come on 3 hours before you want to leave. I'm wondering if the block is just too cold to burn efficiently till its warmed up a little bit.
