No start problems

Whats goin on all im having an irritating problem I parked my truck about three weeks ago drove out great and i had to leave town for a few weeks well now im back and I go out to start it and no start, its turning over no smoke coming from the exhaust. So i checked the glowplug relay and its getting fire. I had PCM problems about a year ago and it was doing pretty much the same, could it really be the PCM again! plz help thanks
