Dropped plug down push rod hole please help!!

Where does it go and what do I need to get it out??? Please and thanks I messed up bigtime and I even knew not to drop it

I did this my first time as well had to fish around with flexable magnet to get it out. When takin them out now I break them loose then stick a magnet to it and turn the magnet

I also had a similar incident. I ended up using a small, powerful magnet slug jammed into the end of some hose and just probed until I got the part (a socket) out. Couldn't see it and probably just got lucky. I did pull the rocker(s) and pushrods for the cylinder where it fell. If you do, make sure you put the engine in the 11 o'clock position to prevent "lifter jacking" (putting the engine in that position provides an oil drain path for the lifters to keep them from pumping up when pushrods are removed). Found it in a hole just to the bottom of the push rod hole, Xmas came early!!
