Injector or something else?

Ok so here's the story I was on a road trip had the cruise set and the next time I stopped and took off again I noticed it was missing and my power is cut way back...

My voltage light was on so I replaced the bad alternator last night and the light went off but truck still runs the same...

My edge won't throw any codes and I hooked it up to our scan tool at work and ran all the tests it had and still came up with nothing...

I'm going to replace all wire harnesses for the injector as well as the valve cover gaskets...my ? Here is that I can get all 4 harnesses and both VC gaskets from parts store for a 160 and ford dealer wants 500 for all of it...who do I go through as far as not buying junk?

Any other ideas for me?
I need my truck good and ready for a long trip in about a month so please help!!

Dealership will rape you not matter what part you order. As far as gaskets and harnesses anything will work. Sensors seem to be the big issue when it comes to brand.
