runs but has no power.
I have a 97 powerstroke and I just put a new hpop, fuel pump, glow plugs, down pipe with 4 inch straight pipe, and a smaller turbine housing on it about a two months ago. It ran awesome for about a month then I went for a ten hour drive to oregon and it ran fine, but when I was on my way home I started losing power and it was loping at an idle. I came home and talked to A buddy of mine and he said to change the injector o-rings. So when I did that I also changed the oil, fuel filter, and put a paper filter in place of the k&n air filter. But I still have no power and I have went from about seventeen miles to gallon to about eleven. And when the truck warms up it seems like it takes longer to start and it sounds like there is air in the system. I used to be able to push out about 22 lbs of boost but now I can barley get thirteen or fourteen, once it gets past ten pounds the gauge starts bouncing really bad. there is a hill I climb up on my way home and I used to be able to pull 55 to 60 in fifth gear up it, but now I can get about 45 to 50 up it in fourth gear with a run at it. does any one have any ideas what this could be? A stuck injector, a weak injector?

Also forgot to mention that there is no cel, and today I was in fifth gear going from forty to fifty and it was hiccuping really bad around 1500 rpm, it also has a new ipr valve and icp sensor and cam senor.

I keep getting an error code for ebp sensor malfunction and a cam sensor, it has a new cam sensor from international, but monday it's going to the dealership because they just gave me a recall notice for the cam sensor. I replaced the ebp tube but not the sensor? I heard the ebp sensor is fragile, so could I have messed it up? Should I try a new sensor? I know somebody out there has some kind of idea.
