Oil cooler and water pump

Does anyone know what the bolts on the oil cooler and water pump should be tourqued at? I only ask cause this week I replaced both and I still have a little leaking. So was wondering what tq should be set at maybe it's that.

I just replaced my water pump and it was leaking too. tried tightening the bolts, that didnt help. So I took it back off and put some ultra black on it and no more leaks. with that type of gasket it shouldnt be necessary though!
