oil psi ?

hey guys just a quick question about oil pressure. Im running 160cc injectors in my 96 with a t500 pump. since install i have noticed the truck fries right up as soon as you hit the key but its taking longer for my lpop to build pressure i have a aftermarket oil psi gauge that i installed when i rebuilt the motor so i could know if i had pressure on the first start up and how much pressure. so my question is how much lpo should i have and do you think with the bigger injectors and the t500 my lpop is having trouble keeping up at start-up. at idle all warmed up i have about 25psi oil pressure. when i start it up cold you can hear the motor idle real slow and quiet till the lpo build-up then it idles normal.

any ideas... I think i have a bad map sensor as well does anyone know how to check it? i reas that at like 23psi or so it should throw the light and defuel but i can hit 40psi boost and no light
