"Misses" Runnin down the road

Since I've put in the new motor, It misses/ cuts out when runnin 70. If you have a head wind, making the motor work harder, it wont do it. If goin down a hill it does it but when you head back up, it wont do it. Could it be the hpop? Thought it was a loose wire because it started doin it on a rough road but now its getting worse. Thanks Craig
