About a month ago my truck developed a random miss and finally became worse and the truck would start stalling but only when it was cold. As it warmed up, it would not stall, but still idled rough/low.Pulled codes 1211, 1280 and two for the CPS. Changed IPR with a good used one and replaced the IPR pigtail that was in BAD shape. Also changed CPS with new International part. Tested per Dieselman's page - WOT @ 3300 RPM in park. After about a 30 seconds, the truck starts to stumble and loose RPM as if it is running out of oil or fuel. (Leaning toward oil) Come back to idle and ICP pressure spikes up to 8-900 psi and finally settles back down to around 550 but the idle is still rompy and rough. Unplug the ICP no change. During WOT test ICP pressure max is about 2500 PSI. Injectors have about 45k on them and truck passes buzz/contribution tests.Thoughts?
