HELP!! Missfire under accel couple codes

Hey guys need some help here. Truck started missing under accel the other day. Getting worse. Did cylinder cont. test codes p0266, 0269 cylinder 2 and 3. Also did buzz test and had code p1298 internal idm failure. I have the modded idm from dieselsite thats only a couple months old. Could the idm cause the cyl. cont. codes? Will the modded idm throw the code just because it's modded?

actually might have been swamps idm

IDM is fine so guess looking at compression test now and go from there.
