Replacing HPOP with which brand?

My truck has some issues as high elevation pulling. Local master Ford tech has replaced piles of HPOPs to correct this common problem here. He is recommending replacing mine. 232k miles I can't complain much, it is a good truck. Here is the question:

Which brand should I replace the stock HPOP with or does it matter?

Stealth is overkill and I don't want the stress on my old motor.

Terminator is the most cost effective, but I am not as worried about cost as I am fuel economy and reliability.

Bosch is my choice for WV pumps, but for a Ford?

Am I over thinking this? Thanks for reading.

The Stealth has a lifetime warranty but otherwise if you aren't changing injectors, there is little point. The TE is also overkill for stock sticks but it's the lease expensive of the upgraded pumps. The Adrenalin is another option that you didn't mention.

If you are keeping the injectors stock, I would get the TE. It will be a nice upgrade from the 15* stock pump your running now and will allow room to grow if you decide to upgrade injectors.

Thanks for the advice. The Adrenalin is something I am considering also. My goal is fuel economy and reliability. If I can't find a reason not to, I will get my self a Adrenalin on Monday.

another option that some obs are doing in TX and it is still a upgrade, is getting HPOP for the 2000-2003 powerstroke, that is what i am considering as mine is a early 99 so they say is the same as yours.

My rig has 316+k so I wont be doing to many mods to it, I just want to make sure I am getting an hpop that will put the pressure where it needs to be.

The next question is how much is the computer involved in "adjusting" the pressure of the hpop and would the superchip interfere with it?
