97 7.3 blowbye question

Hello, my 97 7.3 is getting some oil in the turbo. You can see it coming out of the elbow from the valve cover. Im assuming this isnt normal, im wondering what is the acceptable amount. Im gonna pull the motor anyway to fix a crack in the front cover anyway, just wondering if I need to address this while its out.
thanks for your input.

It is normal. What you are seeing is the CCV. There is a tube from the valve cover that vents the crank case into the intake. It is only a problem if you have a intercooler. You can put a filter on it or dump it to atmosphere.
