Motor Hydro Locking

Need help took my 7.3 diesel on a trip. After we stayed at a hotel we came out and it was locked up. after some time we got it to turn over and startup. Left it run all the way home. Took about 2/3 a gallon of antifreese on the way home to. oil in the coolant. Went to work on and took the heads of and had them plained and put new copper sleeves in for the injectors. got it all back together and running and still have the same problem. Only does it when the truck has been good and warmed up and let sit for a little while. Crank is between 8 and 11 o-clock when it does this. Looking for suggestions of what else it could be and what pistons to look at when its locked up if someone knows the timing.

Maybe a crack in the cylinder of the block? If it's still eating coolant or maybe a crack in the head?

Cavitation? Have you tested the coolant for SCA?
