Major blowby cause

Is there any other possible cause for major blowby (besides past or through my pistons) in my 7.3? It ran great until I had to smog it and dealer installed new cam sensor and pcm. It immediately lost power and started smoking bad with major blowby.

Yank that cps out and put a good one in. It's not firing right and blowby is exhaust blowing past your pistons. The dealership needs to fix their work and don't pay a penny for them to get it right.
