Oil Leak... Please Help

I bought my first diesel in November. A 1996 F350 Powerstroke with 180,000 miles. I have been noticing an Oil leak from the drivers side and Im not sure where it is coming from. My first thoughts were head gasket or valve cover but Im not really sure. It seems to be just below the drivers side manifold, right around the starter??? Being new to the 7.3 I'm not sure where I should start. And I'm unfamiliar with the HPOP, not sure if that could be the issue... I took a few pictures... Can anyone help please?
