runs fine when cold after it warms up not so good

ok guys im new here. i have a 97 f250 7.3 when the truck is cold it runs perfect. it seems after 20 min of running you touch the throttle it starts shipping and check engine light comes on says #3 injector circuit fault and the if you do a cylinder contribution test it fails 1,3,5,7 is this a bad idm?
