97 PSD - No WTS, no fire

Same old story that I've seen in my quick search. But here's what I've got.
Died on the road yesterday. WTS light DOES NOT illuminate. Engine turns over real fast. NO white smoke. No fire. Test light showed power to the glow plug relay, as I recall.

Does this sound like the fuel bowl heater fuse?

Thanks guys!

Glow plug relay was bad. Replaced it and the truck fired.

fuse #22 is the pcm/ fuel heater. unplug the fuel heater and replace the fuse....problem solved. I had the exact same thing happen to me.
