Angry bad skip in the motor

i just got this truck 2 days ago. it is my first diesel. the test drive was great. now on the second day the motor has a bad shake to it. i noticed the shake comeing out of a parking lot. the engine light came on for about 30 sec then back off. from 0 - 50 mph it has the shake real bad. anything higher than 50 the shake softens up but is still there. now it takes alittle longer to start than two days ago. the glow plugs was changed in april. all of the fluids was changed in aug. it has 2 new batteries, fuel filter, and fuel heater. there is no smoke on start nor going down the road.

i also have set on this computer till 1 am last night trying to find someone to have the same trouble that i have. there have been some forums that have helped to try narrow down what the problem is. if anyone could help out it would be appreciated.

as of now it will not start at all. it will turn over and now has white smoke coming out the pipe.

a new update. after letting it sit for 30 mins i went back out to crank it. it started right up. i took it a local diesel mechanic. well he works on heavy eguipement. he said it sounds like a cylinder is dead. he said it is either a injector or a sensor that runs the injectors. he could not remember the name of the sensor. can anyone tell me the name so i can look it up. i also to the truck to put one of those code readers on it and it would not read it.
