Truck stalling

Hey guys well my issue for this week is that my truck does when you smash on it from a stop and let off suddenly any ideas would be greatly appreciated thank you and god bless

On an automatic? Manual? Cold, operating temp? Uphill, downhill, level? Chipped or stock?

Its an automatic on level ground operating temp and chipped

What tune you got on it? I'd try it stock.
What else can you think of that would matter that would help us help you?
You say stalls as in dies like dumping the clutch on a manual?

It may be a trans issue. Could also be HPO or fuel related.
