Help! 7.3 won't start!!! No WTS

I am new to PSDs and somewhat to diesels(some work on boat engines) having just bought a used 98 E-SuperDuty Cutaway(15K GVW Box truck)! Man this sucker is giving me a crash course on PSDs! This forum has been very helpful so far though this is my first post! I turned my truck off at the lumberyard and it will not restart.

There is no WTS light and no accompanying relay sound. The 30A fuse inside for the PCM relay and GPR is not blown nor are any of the large fuses on the relay panel. The PCM relay and the IDM relay are not clicking on when the key is turned to the on position. The relay itself is fine, there is no power to the control circuit. The Diode tests okay. When I remove the PCM relay and jump the connection the WTS light comes on as well as the relay for the IDM but the GP Relay does not click. Any ideas where to look next? Anybody have the wiring diagram for the PCM relay control circuit?

Okay! I found the problem! It was the fuse socket. The previous owner used a tap a fuse to power trailer brakes. It ran fine for a week after I removed it but the tap a fuse damaged the socket. I bent the fuse tab a little and it seems to be fine now. In the mean time I now have a ton of the wiring diagrams for my truck! Lol!
