Loss of Power

I just replaced the fuel pump and fuel filter. The fuel pump took nearly five hours and I am still left with a problem. I have a pretty signifigant loss of power. I can no longer hear my turbo spooling up. The low end power is still there but I cant feel any difference between half and full throttle. I assume fuel pressure is the problem since I just tore apart the fuel system. I cannot find any leaks yet but I still need to check with better lighting. Any ideas on other things to check?

I am fairley certain these dont matter but I did several other things that day such as replaced ipc sensor, put on a new alternator and did an oil change.

Thank you for the suggestions but I found the problem. I found a busted vacuum hose of some kind. Fixed it and my problems are solved. Sorry but i cant tell ya what the specific hose is for.
