Help! GPR Problem
ok i have been beating my head in for the passed day now over this , so heres the deal.
power on the constant post at all times, when the key is on the 2 smaller posts have power but i get NO power on the glow plug side. the relay is brand new and when i take it out n bench test it, it completes the circuit. when i remove all the wires and KEY ON the constant has power and only one of the smaller wires have power i believe it has n orange tracer on it. if i put that onto the solenoid on one post it will actually power the other small post too.....HELP i know its prob something dumb but im at my witts end. there is a good ground on the solenoid i even sanded the pedastal it sits on to make sure n tested it. |

Hey, I just posted an article that explains the wiring, function, and testing of your relay. read this and it will help you (and save me from typing the same info again)

The base does NOT ground. If you have a relay that grounds through the base, it's the wrong type of relay, and it will run constantly.
