Hpop trouble
Hello I've got a 96' f-25 with 300k and I just put a new hpop on and can't get it to start,I've cranked it on and off for about two hours and all it wants to do is pop a little like it's going to start but never does,the resivor is full and I have 12v at the IPR. Any help would be great thanks!
