Electric Problem

Been having problems with dead battery. Went out and bought two new batteries but still havin problems. It starts up easy with good voltage but when i drive it the lights dim and the voltage gauge drops a but till i give it throttle and it goes back up. Any suggestions? Voltage Regulator? Alternator? Thanks

You have a bad regulator. Its built into the alt so you have to replace it
