quart+ a day oil habit/leak

Well last week i took on the daunting task of replacing my oil cooler seals. It ran great for about a week. Took the family camping and on the way home while fueling spotted a lot of oil leaking. Looked around and figured it may have been draft tube spit. Got home and found the truck was a quart low. Now everyday its a quart any one have any ideas what may have happened?

Did you determine where it's leaking from?
