Sending injectors for rebuild. Any suggestions??
I'm going to be sending in my injectors to be rebuilt because of a problem I'm having explained in this thread. It's going to be a week or two before I can get the money so I'm trying to plan this out. I imagine the best place to send them to would be Rosewood.
What I'm wondering is mainly, since I'm going to be digging inside to pull these out and replace them, what else should I be doing while I'm there? I don't have a big budget at the moment but I could spend a few hundred more bucks then for a few things. I have a '97 F350 TD with 288k and 5" exhaust, K/N intake. Everything else is stock except for the lift. I have a Edge Evo Gen 1 coming next week to pep it up a bit. Also, in the thread mentioned above, injector o-rings and IPR o-rings that may be the cause of my problem. Would these both be replaced during this rebuild at Rosewood or are they something I'd have to get separately and put in when I put the rebuilt injectors in? If you contact rosewood they can tell you everything involved in their rebuild, and go ahead and do the stage ones while your at it just a few hundred bux, get a ts chip too to really get some use out of the ones.

All of the above, and YES Rosewoods rebuild includes new orings and stage 1 upgrade is same price as stock rebuild.
