well i have read lots of threads about having a shudder and then a miss under heavy load, i have been baby'n this problem for a while now. I finaly had the time to do some digging. the little hole in the valve in the regulator was stopped up tight. cleaned it up re-Oringed the bowl and reg with the kit from orings.com, reinstalled all parts and went for a spin. Truck ran good as normal unloaded. so i hooked up to our 32ft gooseneck with a tractor on it and hit the road. SO much better

Did our o-ring source know what you needed or did you have to provide dimension? I want to clean my fuel pressure regulator and need to have the parts in-hand before I disable my daily driver. |
